All prices are current and may change in the future. Your individual and total order price is calculated at checkout, including any applicable shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT where relevant. For customers in the Gulf region, prices are displayed in your local currency (AED/SAR) via Shopify Markets, while billing is processed in our base currency.

Right of Withdrawal (ร…ngerrรคtt)

As a consumer purchasing from iWell, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Swedish consumer law (the Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen).

Your 14-day right to cancel
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from receipt of the final item.

How to exercise your right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email or letter) sent to [your contact email] or our registered address above. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but it is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which were unsealed after delivery. This applies to our food supplements and personal care products: once the seal is broken, the item cannot be returned.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.

Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within the 14-day period.


Food Supplement & Product Disclaimer

The products sold by iWell are food supplements and personal care products, not medicinal products.

Food supplements are not intended to prevent, treat, or cure any disease, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the product packaging. Keep supplements out of the reach of young children.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

Returns and refunds on supplements and hygiene products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, food supplements and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This applies as soon as the product is unsealed after delivery, in line with the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under EU and Swedish consumer law.

Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, past its expiry date, or is not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund โ€” please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

We always aim to resolve any complaint directly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your matter, you have the following options:
