Good Gut Feeling Lactic acid bacteria + Enzymes contains a unique combination of live lactic acid bacteria from 4 different strains and the digestive enzymes lipase, protease and amylase. The bacteria come from the known strains Lactobacillus and Bifido. The supplement also contains calcium, which contributes to the normal function of the digestive enzymes (2 capsules).

Recommended daily intake: 1-2 capsules with a meal. When taking 2 capsules, distribute the intake during the day.

The capsule can be opened and sprinkled on cold food or drink if you have difficulty swallowing capsules. The bacteria are microencapsulated, which means that they get through the stomach alive even without the capsule.

Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
