Holistic Hair Skin & Nails is a food supplement that contains vegetarian hyaluronic acid HAPLEX® Plus, keratin from sheep’s wool and silicon from bamboo extract.

Zinc, selenium and biotin contribute to maintaining normal hair. Vitamin A, niacin, riboflavin and iodine help maintain normal skin. Selenium and zinc also contribute to maintaining normal nails.

Dosage for adults: 3 capsules per day.

Should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
