Holistic D3-vitamin 2000 is a food supplement that contains 50 µg of vitamin D per capsule. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and to maintaining normal bone structure.

During the winter months, the sun is too low in our latitudes for the body to be able to form any vitamin D, and many people need to supplement with food supplements.

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule per day or as recommended.
