Great Earth’s Super Magnesium contains 7 different forms of magnesium and provides an intake of 375 mg of magnesium per capsule. Magnesium contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to maintaining normal bone structure, muscle function and energy metabolism.
Super Magnesium is designed with Great Earth’s mineral transport system Portamins for optimal absorption of the mineral in the gastrointestinal tract. Portamins consists of easily soluble and easily absorbed mineral forms such as citrate, gluconate, ascorbate, malate, succinate and amino acid chelate. Amino acids help transport the minerals into the cells.
