Holistic vitamin D3 contains 50 µg of vitamin D3 in organic coconut oil per capsule. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and to maintaining normal bone structure.

During the winter months, the sun at our latitudes is too low for the body to form any vitamin D and you may need to add the vitamin via dietary supplements.

Dosage for adults:

1 capsule per day or as recommended.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet
