Holistic Lactozym is a food supplement that contains the enzymes lactase and protease. The enzyme lactase improves the breakdown of lactose in those who have problems with it. The dietary supplement also contains protease that helps break down proteins in milk.

Dosage for adults: 1–2 capsules per day or as recommended in conjunction with food containing milk products.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
