Description

Elexir Magnesium is a food supplement with three types of magnesium: magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium malate. Elixir Magnesium also contains the black pepper extract Bioperin, which increases absorption and bioavailability.

Among other things, magnesium contributes to the normal function of the muscles, normal energy turnover and reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Recommended daily intake of magnesium is 280mg for women and 350mg for men.
