Elexir Pharma Magnesium Chewable tablets contain 187.5 mg of magnesium per tablet and have a good taste of lemon and lime. Magnesium chewable tablets can be taken by the whole family, i.e. both children, young people and adults who want extra magnesium and are also particularly suitable for swallowing difficulties.

Among other things, magnesium contributes to the normal function of the muscles, normal energy turnover and reduced fatigue and exhaustion. The food supplement is also enriched with vitamin B6, which helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage & use

Dosage for children 6-17 years: 1 tablet. Dosage for adults: 2 tablets daily. The tablet should be taken in conjunction with a meal.

Recommended intake should not be exceeded. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
