Magnesium+ In stress from Elexir Pharma contains a combination of magnesium taurate together with vitamin B6 in the active form P-5-P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), rose root extract and L-theanine.
Magnesium taurate is an organic form with high bioavailability. Magnesium is bound to the amino acid taurine. Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and dairy products, but the body can also synthesize taurine from the amino acids methionine and cysteine. Magnesium reduces fatigue and exhaustion and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Also contains rose root, which is an herb with adaptogenic properties, and L-theanine, which is an amino acid found naturally in, for example, green tea.
Supplemented with vitamin B6 in the active form P-5-P. Vitamin B6 reduces fatigue and exhaustion and contributes to normal psychological function.
