Description

Elexir Pharma vitamin D3 1000 IU/25µg is a simple “once-a-day” dosage of vitamin D. The strength is designed to provide a daily vitamin D supplement according to the Swedish Food Agency’s guidelines. The vitamin D is dissolved in MCT oil (coconut oil) for the best possible absorption.

D3-Vitamin is formed in the skin when it is exposed to sunlight and since the sun is not high enough in the Nordic region during most of the year and 24 hours a day, an intake of vitamin D through dietary supplements is recommended.

Vitamin D contributes to, among other things, normal bone structure and muscle function as well as the normal function of the immune system.
