WoHo gives you hormonal balance and is specially formulated for you who need a little extra help and balance in your body on those recurring days of the month. The dietary supplement is based on yam root, sage and B vitamins.

Vitamin B6 contributes to regulating hormonal activity and reducing fatigue and exhaustion

Vitamin Biotin contributes to maintaining normal psychological function.

PMS is common in women of childbearing age and up to 30% experience various physical or mental stresses. The problems usually appear 3-10 days before the period.

Dosage & use

Recommended daily intake for women over 18:

4 capsules/day for 3 months, then 2 capsules/day. Taken in conjunction with a meal.

You can choose to take all four tablets at once, or split them up during the day. The effect comes gradually.
