Description
Great Earth’s Ashwagandha is vegan and contains 300 mg of Ashwagandha per capsule. Ashwagandha, also called Indian ginseng, is an herb that has long been used in Indian medicine for symptoms of fatigue, stress or physical exhaustion. The product also contains pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

To facilitate the absorption of Ashwagandha, the food supplement is supplemented with the black pepper extract Bioperine.

Dosage & use

Recommended daily intake for adults: 1 capsule morning and evening. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules per day.

We do not recommend ashwagandha for pregnant or breastfeeding women as research is lacking on how ashwagandha affects pregnancy and breastfeeding.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, you should always consult your doctor about taking nutritional supplements.

Recommended intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet, but should be combined with a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
