Holistic Multivitamin is a high-dose multivitamin dietary supplement enriched with bioflavonoids, PABA, choline and inositol. Vitamins are involved in many of the body’s functions. Vitamins are parts of the body’s enzymes and are involved in the regulation of metabolism, the conversion of fat and carbohydrates into energy and the building of bones and other tissues.

Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal vision.

Thiamin, niacin, biotin, vitamins B6, B12 and C all contribute to normal energy metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the nervous system.

Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, B12 and folate help reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism, to maintaining normal red blood cells and to protecting the cells against oxidative stress.

Thiamine contributes to normal heart function.

Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D and folate contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamins C and E help to protect the cells against oxidative stress.

Vitamin D and K contribute to maintaining normal bone structure.

Vitamin D also contributes to maintaining normal muscle function and normal teeth and to normal calcium levels in the blood.
