Holistic Mega B complex is a food supplement that provides a complete supply of B vitamins per capsule.

B vitamins are involved in many functions of the cells. Thiamin, niacin, biotin, vitamin B6 and B12 all contribute to normal energy metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the nervous system.

Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, B12 and folate help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism, to maintaining normal red blood cells and to protecting the cells against oxidative stress. Thiamine contributes to normal heart function.

Vitamin B6, B12 and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
