Description
Holistic MultiVitamin Methylated is a multivitamin food supplement enriched with choline, citrus bioflavonoids and selected forms of vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folate. The source of vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin. The source of vitamin B6 is pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P), which is involved in more than 160 different enzyme reactions in the body. As a source of folate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate is used. The ingredient is called Quatrefolic®
Vitamin K is in the form of K2. Bioperine® is a substance from black pepper that increases the absorption of several nutrients.
Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal vision.
Thiamin, niacin, biotin, vitamins B6, B12 and C all contribute to normal energy metabolism, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the nervous system.
Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, B12 and folate help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Riboflavin contributes to normal iron metabolism, to maintaining normal red blood cells and to protecting the cells against oxidative stress.
Thiamine contributes to normal heart function.
Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D and folate contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamins C and E help to protect the cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin D and K contribute to maintaining normal bone structure. Vitamin D also contributes to maintaining normal muscle function and normal teeth and to normal calcium levels in the blood.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: 1-2 capsules daily.
