Description

Nettle is one of the most nutritious plants available, rich in, among other things, iron, magnesium and calcium. All three of these contribute to normal energy turnover and both iron and magnesium contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

Holistic’s organic nettle powder is dried at a maximum of 40 degrees to preserve the nutrients to the maximum and remove the burning property.

Storage

Store dry and out of reach of small children. Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.

Dosage
Use: 1–2 teaspoons per day mixed in water, porridge, soups or smoothies. You can also mix the powder with flour when baking bread. Nettles are also used as nettle water for fertilizing plants. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
