Holistic D3-vitamin 2000 is a food supplement that contains 50 µg of vitamin D per capsule. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function and to maintaining normal bone structure.

During the winter months, the sun at our latitudes is too low for the body to be able to form any vitamin D.

Dosage & use

Dosage for adults: 1 capsule per day or as recommended. Taken in conjunction with a meal. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.

Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
