Inika’s Manuka Honey MGO 250 is a versatile and smooth raw manuka honey from the Wairarapa region of New Zealand. A golden honey, with a mild and rich taste.
Manuka honey is one of the world’s rarest and most valuable types of honey. The Māori people of New Zealand have used it for centuries.
Free from glyphosate and residues.
Dosage & use
To get the maximum effect from your honey, enjoy it as is. It’s a perfect morning or evening ritual. A whole spoonful (20g) a day can do wonders.
It is important to remember that the beneficial properties of manuka honey are damaged when the honey is exposed to high temperatures. It is therefore best to eat your manuka honey raw rather than mixing it with hot drinks.
Storage instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry, dark place. Do not give to children under 1 year.
