استلمت طلبيتي من بعد اسبوع من تاريخ الشراء وكانت مغلفة بشكل ممتاز ولايوجد نقصان عملية التواصل معهم كانت سريعة وسلسة وتشعرك بأن الجهة التي تتعامل معها محل ثقة شرائي من متجرهم كان بالصدفة ولأول مرة ومن المؤكد لن تكون اخر مرة

التغليف كان جيد و وصلت الشحنه قبل الوقت المحدد و موظفة خدمة العملاء ( ولاء ) كانت متعاونه جدا و جاهزة لترد لاي سؤال باي وقت ولكن يتم أخذ رسوم الجمارك من طرفنا عندما تصل الى بريد الامارات و يتم احتساب رسوم توصيل اذا طلبت احضارها الى عنواني ايضا دفعت 30 درهم اماراتي يرجى اخبار العملاء بذلك و شكرا لكم و اكيد سيتم التعامل مرة اخرى معكم
