Description
Holistic Chaga is a dietary supplement of finely ground powder of dried organic teak, with natural content of trace elements, polysaccharides, betulinic acid, melanin, phytonutrients, ergosterol, betaglucans, saponins, triterpenes and SOD (superoxide dismutase).
SprΓ€ngticka grows mainly on birch in northern latitudes.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: Mix 1/2β1 teaspoon in tea, hot water or in food 1β2 times per day. (1 teaspoon = 5 ml β 4.5 g).
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Contraindications: Use with caution when taking blood-thinning drugs and diabetes medications.
