Description

Holistic Creatine is a food supplement that is suitable when you want to train hard. Creatine increases physical performance during repeated effort in connection with short-term and high-intensity training, provided that the intake amounts to at least 3 grams per day.

Feel free to use creatine for 8 weeks before a big competition or similar. After that, it is good to take a break of at least 4 weeks to get the same effect the next time you use creatine.

Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Dosage & use

Dosage: 3–6 g (approx. 1–2 tsp) per day with 2–4 dl of liquid or as recommended before, during or after exercise. Dissolves best in lukewarm liquid.

Avoid intake of creatine during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
