Dosage & use

Our recommendation is to take 2-3 capsules per meal, 1-3 meals per day. They can be swallowed whole, but it is also fine to open them and empty the contents into a little liquid and drink it. Since Mucosa contains a lot of herbs, some people find that it has a strong taste if you open them, but the effect is of course the same.
